For clients utilising the investment management portfolio service half yearly valuations are provided together with year end consolidated tax certificate for all investment income received.

Transaction Charges

For each transaction commission is charged as follows:

0 to £3,500 Flat rate £35.00
£3501 to £10,000 1.0%
£10,000 and over £100 + 0.45%

Additional charge of £15.00 for certificated purchases and sales, not applicable for clients using nominee service

UNIT Trusts and OEICS

Fees and Commissions

The minimum commission charge is £35.00.However, the marketing allowances given to us at the time of dealing will be passed on to clients as a discount in the price of the units.

Advisory Portfolio Investment Management Fees

Portfolio Investment Management Fee: annual fee 0.5% plus vat with a minimum of £750.00 plus vat. Fees debited in January and July (0.25% of the portfolio value as at 31 st December and 30 th June).

Discretionary Portfolio Investment Management Fees

Portfolio Investment Management Fee: annual fee 1.0 % plus vat with a minimum of £750.00 plus vat. Fees debited in January and July (0.5% of the portfolio value as at 31 st December and 30 th June).

PEP and ISA fees and commission rates

Joining, Termination and Transfer Fee Nil
Management and Administrative charge 0.375% of the PEP and ISA value as at both 30th June and 31st December .
Minimum charge £50.00 plus VAT p.a.

Transaction charges as above depending whether account is Advisory or Discretionary
